Can you read me through my “poker face?” This work is an interactive installation that explores the relationship between humans and plants. It helps people understand the fact that humans are not the dominant ones in nature.

The inspiration for this project came from the book “The Story of Flowers,” which gives a comprehensive and scientific perspective on the history, culture, art, and biology of flowers and how flowers change our lives.

I rethought the relationship between humans and plants and whether we have ignored the intelligence of flowers (or nature). We subjectively believe that we use flowers for decoration or enjoyment, but is this a manipulation of flowers for us? Like flowers attract bees for pollination, do flowers use their beauty to attract us to reproduce for them?
